Newly created custom ticket fields are not visible until server is restarted

Description

To reproduce:

  • create a custom ticket field
  • try to add the new ticket field to a ticket type

expected:

  • the ticket field should be visible in the available fields list

actual:

  • the new ticket field is not show

restarting the instance of Agilo for Trac causes the field to be properly shown
