Import new tickets (by CSV) doesn't handle case sensitivity and aliases for tickets type correcly

To reproduce, create a CSV with type column set to user story Expected the tickets are imported as User Story, instead a permission error is shown. In the end a more detailed documentation should be provided, including the aliases accepted (/agilo-help/user/Dashboard#ManagingticketsviaCSVfiles).
